Why I admire Jade Puget
Jade is this wonderfully smart, funny man with this great talent for music, and a huge heart. He’s politically active, he cares about the world, he’s a vegan – he’s an all-around good person.
But, I think what I find most intriguing about him are all his skeletons – the fact that he wasn’t always this great straight-edge college graduate, the fact that he dropped out of high school, had a drinking problem, etc. He’s so human, despite his rock star status. I adore that.
And, of course, he’s completely hilarious. He seems so reserved, but once he opens his mouth, it’s almost like you have no idea what just happened, and suddenly you’re in a completely different dimension.
It’d be so wonderful if I could meet him, just to be able to say, “Hey, you’re rad; you’re truly rad.”
Of course, knowing Jade, he’d probably just say, “I know.”
